Deadcember 2023 Posterior Chain Grow-A-Thon

To celebrate the end of the rugby season and keep the winter scaries away, let’s get a little healthy competition going. To keep it fair for all genders and sizes, we will be measuring success in terms of growth in the percentage of body weight lifted (details in the google doc). You can compete for funsies, or if you are feeling confident (and need that boost to get to the gym), you can compete for money.

Timeline:
1. Submit your initial weight and 1RM before December 5th. I will also need to know whether you used a belt.
2. If you are competing for that cash prize - venmo 20$ to Jae Jaeger (@whatisprofound) no later than December 10th
3. Work out all month. Lift. Eat. Rest. Talk shit. Post some vids - tag @uticuserugby. Show us them glutes.
4. Submit your final weight and 1RM between December 30th and January 2nd - if you did not use a belt in your initial, you cannot use it here. Also, video or it didn’t happen. ;)
5. Winners announced by January 4. 1st place in the competitive division gets 50% of the pot, 2nd place gets 25% and 25% will be donated to Uticuse

Our first season in @midwestrugby has come to an end with us being eliminated in round 1 of the quarterfinals. We are so proud to have entered a new union where we’ve quickly adapted and advanced so far.
